By Todd Massey According to one information source over 100,000 people search for ephedra and ephedra products each and every month and that is only at just one of the major search websites. That is a lot of public interest and desire in an herb that the government claims is harmful when used as a weight loss agent. It seems to me that if ephedra were really so dangerous would that many common citizens continue to try and buy ephedra? That many people searching to purchase a weight loss herb also speaks volumes about how effective ephedra was for them at helping to shed pounds of fat. No other single herb seems to have had so much popularity and success in this arena. At this moment the FDA has declared ephedra products illegal, but they have yet to actually start cracking down on the websites where it is sold and the factories or warehouses where it is being made and stored. It is just a matter of time before the FDA does move in and put a stop to this. Although many sites are letting their stock simply sell out there are a few places still trying to rake in the cash with over-priced products and potentially fake ephedra products. Want to Buy Ephedra? The FDA left a loophole open if you know what to look for. Because of the hypocrisy of the FDA there is a way for you to always have the \"power of ephedra\" despite the fact that soon you will no longer be able to buy ephedra. Dont take chances or waste your money with fake or overpriced ephedra diet pills. The Black Market Report on Ephedrine was written by Todd Massey and has helped thousands of people break free from the ephedra ban. If you want to buy ephedra then that is the book you need. By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=John_Dulaney]John Dulaney Austria has a very rich heritage of culture. As one of the best European classical music composer, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart occupies a place of his own, while the works of Franz Schubert have drawn no less popularity. The philosophical theories and ideas of Siegmund Freud continue to provoke controversies, while Gustav Klimt is widely admired for his paintings. If you are planning a trip to Austria, business or otherwise, Austria offers many great places for you to visit. The country offers you sightseeing, swimming, scuba diving or climbing a mountain, providing holidaying opportunities to every age group. The coffee houses and wine taverns define the characteristics of the Austrian cities. If you should be short of time, taste the typical Austrian sausage at the omnipresent Wrstelstand (sausage stands). There is one important thing that you should not forget and that is to carry your mobile with you for your daily communication needs, when you visit Austria. You need to be in touch with your friends and associates, locally and abroad, and with your family back home. On your past visits abroad, during the time mobile telephony was not in vogue, you used the telephone in your hotel room to make your daily calls, because you had no other means to be in touch with the outside world. That proved to be expensive and was way out of your budget. With the advent of cellular phones, you have taken your phone with you on \'roaming\'. You had to pay exorbitant roaming charges on top of the calls that you made and also you had paid charges for your incoming calls. The bill that you received at the end of the month, for the mobile service that you used when you were abroad, left you high and dry. The costs were the same if not more that those telephone bills that you paid when you used the telephone from your hotel room. There is a way out of this, where you can save up-to 80% of your communication expenses when you visit Austria. A pre-paid SIM card for Austria does not only provide you with a local number, but also provide you with the benefit of paying for your call charges as the locals do. You do not have to enter into any contracts and there will not be any bill at the end of the month waiting for you. You do not pay for your incoming calls, no matter where it generate from. When you buy a pre-paid SIM card for Austria, it has a built-in talk time credit, which can be replenished very easily by purchasing recharge coupons or vouchers. This is to top up your talk time credit when-ever you want. These vouchers are available in practically any shop and you can buy these at different denominations, depending upon the credit that you would want. By pre-paying your call charges every time, you can keep a track on your communication expenses and remain within your budget. A pre-paid SIM card for Austria is the most economical way to budget your visit to Austria. Visit www.planetomni.com/FAQ_sim.shtml for prices and more information. A Subscriber Identity Module, as the SIM is known, is of the size of a postage stamp, which forms the brain behind the service that you get in cellular telephony. This card goes into a slot behind your mobile set, as you open the back cover. The SIM card is a microprocessor circuitry with a memory. This memory holds your information, relating to the number of your mobile phone, your telephone number, your calling plan and others, which identify you with the network that you are using. The technology is such that as you switch on your phone in Vienna, the nearest network tower identifies you from the information transmitted from your SIM card, verifies the contents and logs you into the service. Besides, the SIM card holds your personal information, such as, the telephone numbers that you frequently use and storing them in an address book, the telephone numbers that you have dialled and the numbers from where you received your calls. These are all logged in the SIM card, along with the date and time. If you should decide you may delete one or all the information stored. The SIM card secures your mobile from being misused, by providing you with the feature to punch in Personal Identification Number (PIN). You would need a GSM phone in order to operate in Austria with your pre-paid SIM card for Austria. If you do possess a GSM mobile handset, it is unlikely that it would work in that country. You would need a GSM phone that operates on 900MHz and 1900MHz frequency bands. It is likely that your GSM phone works on the frequency bands available in North America and Canada, which are 850MHz and 1900MHz bands, which do not comply with the frequencies used in Austria or any other country in the world This separates the countries in that region from rest of the world. Therefore, for your visit to Austria, you would need a GSM handset working on 900MHz and 1900MHz frequency bands. If you are an infrequent visitor to Austria, a compatible rented mobile will be an economical proposal for you. Please visit www.planetomni.com/FAQ_gsm.shtml for more details and competitive rates. GSM network works on four frequency bands and these are - 850 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 1900 MHz. Since countries operating on GSM technology have different frequency bands, mobile handsets are available, which operate on multiple bands. The quad-band phone serves to all the four GSM frequencies and can be operated in all the countries of the world. This is the type of mobile that you would need if you are frequently travelling to different parts of the world. The tri-band serves 800MHz, 900MHz and 1800MHz frequency bands, which would mean that the mobile phone will be operational in those countries where the network is operating on those frequencies. The dual-band phone would operate on only two of the four GSM frequency bands, viz., 800MHz and 1900 MHz. Regarding your GSM mobile, that you rent or buy for your trip to Austria, please note that your phone must be SIM unlocked for it to operate with your pre-paid SIM card for Austria. SIM locked phones do not work with any other SIM card other than the one which it is meant for. The phone is SIM locked with codes, put in by the service provider. If you have entered into a contract with a certain service provider, one of the contract clauses might have stipulated that you have to remain with the service provider for a period of time, which is usually one year. After you would have signed the contract and completed other formalities, you would receive a mobile phone, which you had chosen from the options given to you, and the SIM card. This mobile handset is SIM locked, which would mean that it would work with only the SIM card that you have received from the service provider. The handset will not work with any other SIM card. After your contract is over, the service provider will help you to have your phone SIM unlocked, after which you can choose any SIM card that you would like to use. A pre-paid SIM card for Austria is the best economical solution to keep your mobile communication expenses within your budget, considering that you save up-to 80% on your communication bill. More-over, being pre-paid, you need not worry about receiving any bill at the end of the month. To learn more about buying such a SIM card and renting a SIM unlocked GSM mobile, compatible with the frequency bands used by Austria, visit www.planetomni.com/FAQ_gsm.shtml and www.planetomni.com/FAQ_sim.shtml where you can find the relevant information regarding your communication requirements. Cell phone use overseas. In 99% of the world the local cellular service standard is called GSM. We use this in the states as well. When combined with a SIM CARD (which usually goes under the battery of the phone) the phone is able to communicate and the SIM CARD also holds the telephone number and memory for pre-paid credit. Rates can be extremely low using this system. For example in 99% of all SIM CARDS incoming calls are free and calls to the states can cost a trifle. Such as, from the UK to the USA 7 cents/minute, from Israel 22 cents, from Australia 27 cents. Yes, USA Dollar cents! There are today even prepaid service providers in the USA offering rates of 10 cents per minute to call anywhere in the US to any type of phone. No contracts, no credit card checks, no bills. Pre-paid always means no minimums no contracts, no obligations. You only pay for the calls made. You\'ll need an unlocked GSM tri-band or quadband UNLOCKED phone. You can buy factory unlocked phones and sim cards for more than 170 or the 193 countries on earth from http://www.planetomni.com Tel. # 800-514-2984 Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=John_Dulaney http://EzineArticles.com/?Prepaid-SIM-Card-for-Austria&id=359634 quik cash payday loans in hoquiam washington can you charge someone interest in a personal loan in nj payday adavance insurance bonds no credit check

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Peter_Kenny]Peter Kenny Choosing the right personal loan for your needs can be tricky, and if dont know what you are getting yourself into then you could end up in financial difficulties. Here are some top tips to use when choosing a personal loan: Secured vs. unsecured A secured loan is a loan that is secured against collateral, such as your home. Secured loans have better rates than unsecured loans, but they are more risky because you could lose your home if the repayments are not met. If you are borrowing a small amount of money and have good credit, then go for unsecured loans. Borrow as little as you can over a short period The more money you borrow over a longer period of time, the more interest you are going to pay. Borrow as little as you can afford to, and pay it back as quickly as you can so that you minimise the interest payments. Fixed vs. variable Most personal loans have fixed interest rates. This means that the monthly repayments will remain the same throughout the loan period. However, some lenders offer variable or flexible loans. These loans are good if the rate goes down, but remember budget for the rate going up as well. APR APR or Annual Percentage Rates determine the amount of interest you pay yearly on the loan. Although a low APR might seem appealing, be careful because this is not the only charge that you are liable for when paying back your loan. Typical APR If you are comparing APR, then it is good to understand the concept of typical APR. Although you may qualify for this rate, it pays to remember that unless your credit history is good, you will end up paying a higher APR than the typical advertised rate. TAR A better way to look at how much a loan will cost is the TAR or Total Amount Repayable. This will show you exactly how much you will repay to the lender. The lower the TAR then the better the overall package is. Shop around The most important thing to do before getting a loan is to shop around. Before you sign anything, make sure that you have looked at all possibilities for your needs. If you can separate all the various features of a loan and concentrate on the features you require, you can find the best rates for your needs. Look online Although your bank may have a good deal, most of the best loan deals are to be found online because of the low overhead costs associated with online companies. You can find many web sites that will allow you to compare the best personal loan prices, helping you to get the best deal for your needs. Beware of PPI When securing a loan, it is likely that you will be offered PPI or Payment Protection Insurance. This insurance covers your payments in case of illness, accident or unemployment. Although this insurance may help you, very few people are eligible to claim under its terms, and it is very expensive. Look to see if your current employer covers some of these items, or find a cheaper stand-alone policy that will cover you. Early settlement Nearly three quarters of all loans are paid off early, so it pays to know the charges for doing so. Although charges can still be high, more and more lenders are scrapping the charges altogether. Finding a lender that does not charge for early repayment might save you a lot of money. By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Steven_Gillman] Steven Gillman With government regulation and the FDA approval process, many people think that the drug research done by pharmaceutical companies is honest. Maybe some of it is. But the Guardian newspaper recently reported on many systematic reviews which demonstrate that pharmaceutical industry studies show positive results far more often than those funded by independent sources. Is this coincidence? Do they just happen to get more of the results that they want? It seems improbable. But it\'s not likely that drug companies directly tamper with clinical drug trials in any criminal way. Nor are they likely to change the reported results afterwards either. That kind of blatant dishonesty is probably very rare in drug research, because it isn\'t necessary. The drug companies have more subtle ways to get the results they are hoping for. To begin with, a company can design a study in a biased way. A simple example: even if a study is theoretically double-blind, a company could create procedures which let doctors administering a new pharmaceutical know who is getting it, versus who is getting a placebo instead. Just the expectation of doctors that a patient\'s condition will improve often results in more reported improvement. It\'s a fairly crude manipulation, but there are certainly other ways to design a study to increase the chance of positive results being shown. Perhaps the most common way to manipulate the results of drug research, is to selectively report those results. Several recent investigations show that this is common. Data that doesn\'t support the conclusions the companies want is often hidden or thrown out. Why does this matter? Suppose a new drug is given to ten groups of people who share a given disease or condition. Now suppose that on average, the people in five of the groups have good results, but the subjects in the other five groups get worse or have no improvement. People often get better or worse for many reasons, so this is common. It is why many trials are necessary to have statistically significant results. What if in this case, the company decided that only the five trials with positive results are important enough to report, and they quietly get rid of the data from the others. A drug that has no real benefit on average now appears to have helped in every research trial - at least all those that the rest of the world hears about. It is bad science, of course, but unfortunately it is just one of the ways that pharmaceutical companies play with data to get the results they want to see. Scientists have been recommending a simple and inexpensive solution to this problem for decades: a compulsory international trials register. If companies want to use the results of any drug research trials to get a new pharmaceutical approved, they would have to register the trial before it begins. With this simple registry, trials that don\'t give the result wanted can\'t just disappear - they have to all be accounted for. Of course the drug companies are fighting against this simple idea. It doesn\'t give them as much control over the research. For now, we can expect the continuation of dishonest drug research. Copyright Steve Gillman. Want to know a secret? By Keith Springer Okay, you are one of the lucky ones, making a killing in real estate and the stock market, or you have scrimped and saved so some day you hope to have a big enough nest egg to retire. Congratulations! Youve done it. Now what? Financial planning has historically focused on helping people achieve major financial goals such as saving and investing in order to retire comfortably, sending kids to college or buying that private island in the south pacific. But what about retirees, who, for the most part, have already achieved their goals and simply want to preserve their way of life? Life changes when you are living your goals rather than aspiring toward them. Suddenly, you have more to lose than to gain and you want to know how to keep what you have. Building and generating wealth is no longer the most important thing in this stage of life, but preservation of wealth is vital. With more Americans approaching this phase of life, the issue of how to manage money within retirement is increasingly becoming a priority. Consider these statistics: The largest growing population segment in our country is people 100 years or older. Within the next decade, most of the boomers will reach traditional retirement age. About 25% of the U.S. population--one in four people--will be retired. Many of us will spend more years in retirement than we did working. Yet when you search on the internet for retirement help, youll find page after page almost exclusively focused on making money and building wealth for retirement rather than managing wealth in retirement. No one seems to be educating retirees about managing their income and developing the right distribution strategies. Estate planning is well coveredprobably because its a goal to provide money to heirs. But helping retirees to manage the money they have today, while they are still in retirement, is conspicuously absent in most financial education efforts. From our experience in educating our clients for retirement, there are seven key areas where retirees need both financial education and financial planning in order to protect and preserve wealth: Money management. Managing your monthly expenses to ensure they are not forced to take large distributions from their retirement nest eggs to meet current obligations. Cleaning up the nest. Out of site, out of mind is far too often the mantra for retirees. However, a failure to organize can be disastrous later on. Pull together all those retirement accounts: IRAs (yes, some folks do forget about older IRAs they have), old 401ks from previous employers, annuities etc. review and consolidates. Roll-over that 401k to your IRA, which is almost always in your best interest. Make sure the right information, such as beneficiaries are on the accounts and they are set up directly. Once you or your spouse dies, its too late. Distribution planning. Planning distributions to ensure that you are not taking too much or too little from their retirement accounts, minimizing tax liability, and meeting Required Minimum Distribution amounts. Managing your money and continuing to accumulate assets. Now that retirees are living longer, their nest eggs must last longer. The old paradigm of becoming more conservative in retirement can sometimes backfire if retirees become too conservative and stop growing their assets. It is important to make sure that they are continuing to grow their nest egg to at least keep pace with their distribution needs and to outpace inflation and taxes. Protecting wealth. This is the area where retirees get the most attentionin the form of estate and insurance planning. However, they typically get their information from different sources and there is much inaccurate or misleading information as to how to set up wills, trusts, and charitable giving programs and what type of insurance policies are appropriate based on their personal circumstances. Also, insurance and estate planning tend to be viewed separately, when in reality both are tools to protect wealth and often to minimize taxes. Establishing your legacy. For high net worth folks, certain other challenges exist to ensure that your estate survives you: Pre-managing your estate tax liability so the kids wont have to sell off your assets such as the business or the farm to pay the bill; setting up Charitable Remainder Trusts (CRT); establishing a family limited partnership or LLC; other (vehicles that are not even invested yet) Managing the Ultimate Distribution. This is the most dangerous area and, not surprising the most confusing and overlooked. Careful consideration must be paid to not only saving and investing your money, but on the proper mechanics on how the assets need to be held in order to maximize your income distribution through your retirement. The tax laws are changing all the time, sometimes drastically as with the Pension Protection Act of 2006, so educate yourself early and often Your financial security can not be left to chance, especially in your golden years. Just because youve achieved financial security, does not mean your financial planning is over. You can spend a lifetime updating yourself on the subject, so you have two choices: be the expert or hire one. It does no good to spend your life saving and investing wisely only to give it all back to Uncle Sam! After all, its what you and your loved ones keep, that counts. Keith W. By Deanna Mascle There are many benefits you and your business can reap from publishing your own newsletter. 1. Keeping In Touch -- Your customers and clients are the lifeblood of your business. What better way to stay in touch with your existing customers than through a newsletter? A newsletter allows you to add personal touches to your relationship and celebrate milestones, both your own and your client\'s. In addition to furthering your relationship with your clients, a newsletter can also allow you to introduce new products, offer special sales or discounts to your existing client base, and encourage referrals. 2. Hook In New Customers -- Unless they have an immediate need or came to you through a powerful referral, most potential customers won\'t buy right away. Often they will shop around and compare which means you will likely never see them again. However if you have a free newsletter that offers interested clients the opportunity to learn more about you, your business, and your products for free and they can also learn more about your interaction with your existing customers. A newsletter can be a very simple strategy to turn a one-time visitor into a lifetime customer. 3. Establish Your Expertise -- No one knows more about your business than you do which makes you an expert. Likely the construction of your own business has further left you with a great deal of expertise in your field. Share your nuggets of knowledge through your newsletter to deepen your relationship with your existing customers and convince potential customers that you are the answer to their problems. Now that I have convinced you that you need to publish your own newsletter, I want to go over a few questions that budding editors and publishers always ask. What exactly is an electronic newsletter? Just like their paper counterparts, electronic newsletters deliver written messages usually relating to a common theme or topic. The main difference is that an electronic newsletter transcends paper and ink and most likely only ever exists on a computer screen. Some electronic newsletter are delivered only via email while others are delivered only on the web. Most are delivered in some combination of the two. Most of my ezines and newsletters are delivered via email but also available immediately via web page (or rather blog page) and RSS feed. You can choose the method is most suited to you and your audience. How do you publish an electronic newsletter? It is much easier to start publication of your own electronic newsletter than it is to start up a print publication. You simply need to decide on a topic, name your publication and start writing. It is easy to find an audience (beyond your own customer base if you choose) through the various ezine and newsletter directories around the internet as well as going directly to the source, for example discussion boards for people interested in your topic. You will need to determine a delivery method, which means most likely setting up your own web site or page on your existing web site; creating an archive for your issues once they are created, which could mean setting up a blog; and tracking your readers, which likely means setting up a mailing or autoresponder service. However you can use free tools to do any of these things. Deanna Mascle shares more internet marketing advice at Answers About Internet Advertising and Answers About Internet Marketing. Anyone in the world
By Barbara Rose, Ph.D. Why is it so hard for me to love myself? It is hard because no one ever taught you how to honor yourself, your preferences, your talents, abilities, strengths, inner gifts, and areas of self expression that are uniquely yours. So if you were never taught how to do something, why are you being so hard on yourself? Now, all you really need to do which is actually quite simple, is to tell yourself every good quality you have on the inside in front of the mirror, each day, based on your observable actions. Begin a dialogue to become friends with the person you see every day. So if you fed your pet, that is being caring. If you called a friend that is going through a hard time - that is being compassionate. If you went to work so you can pay your bills - that is being responsible. So you are to walk up to that face in the mirror, and as hard as it will be for your ego to do this dialogue, what will happen is that you are slowly, day by day, going to become your own best friend. You are going to feel more self-appreciation. You are going to feel more care for yourself. This mirror process truly works! I have taught it to countless people over the last decade, and I also had to go through it myself for over two years, every day, to chip away at the lies I was told growing up, and replace it with authentic truth, based on my observable actions, so my big ego would actually believe me. Trust that there will be fierce resistance to this from your ego in the beginning. I actually cursed at myself my first time in front of the mirror over a decade ago. I wouldnt dare curse at myself now! I can attest that every single person I teach this to, and share this with, now loves themselves genuinely. The ego is melting away, along with the self-degrading lies. If you really want to love yourself, the old beliefs must be transformed. It is like cleaning out an inner closet with an old belief system, and replacing it with authentic truth. No one can give this to you but you. No one can love you and make you feel lovable. You have to know and believe you are lovable. This is just one technique that cost nothing, and brings about astounding change every single time. You have to also realize that it is your responsibility to learn how to appreciate yourself, no matter what circumstances are facing you, and never seek to validate yourself from the outside in, because you can only be validated from the inside out. This will get you there a LOT faster than anything I have ever come across. Why is it so hard for me to take a compliment? Probably because you are so used to taking insults. I was there too! If someone complimented me I would say: Oh, thats not true. Because what I really wanted was more validation. I then learned a simple technique that actually changed that. I learned to simply say Thank You. For the first dozen or so compliments, it was really hard for me to do that. Then, I began to feel more comfortable accepting a compliment. NOW, I learned NOT to take a compliment seriously at ALL because it is based solely and completely on the views of another person, and what is in their mind which has nothing to do with me! Additionally, I dont take an insult personally either how freeing! I can be completely open to constructive critique, such as when Im working on a project, however, I no longer take it into the core of my being like I used to. Just say Thank You when someone compliments you, and should anyone ever insult you, just know that it is coming from their own perceptions, and never take it seriously. Moreover, people do like to express their views. So if someone does share their views with you, just know that they are entitled to them, and maintain your own view of self with a lot of loving compassion, and zero self-judgment that is the key! What can I do to really feel happy inside? First, do the mirror technique that I outlined above twice a day, for two years. Then, imagine that you have a clean slate before you called your life and that there was a guarantee that if you followed your truth, you could NOT FAIL. What do you really want to do with your days and nights? If you had twelve million dollars in the bank, and you already owned every THING that you have ever wanted to own, what would you love to do so much that you would do it for free? What are the natural talents and abilities that you have? What are you naturally good at? What makes you feel so alive? These are the questions that you have to ask yourself, so that you can get to the core of who you are on the inside, and then you will be able to live it, and love every minute of it on the outside. The only things that make me feel happy are when I am with my children, when I am giving my private consultations and intensives, writing (this for you ) working (in absolute JOY) on inspire! magazine, going out in nature, doing my hobbies, really enjoying the night sky, or a sunset they are simple pleasures. Being with friends and laughing thats something we could all use more of! Bringing through information from Divine Source in my writings I love every minute of it! I love to travel (sometimes) and there is so much in life that I love. So I create time to do it all during my days and nights. I had to CREATE my life, no one gave it to me. You have to create the life of your dreams, based solely on what you love, and on how you can serve from your heart so that you are really making a difference. For me, personally, there is no greater joy than when I am making a difference thats why I love the work (joy) that I do so much! Many times I am volunteering and do NOT get paid for my work like right now. And I still love it just as much as if I was paid ten thousand dollars for the few hours it takes to put this together. You came into this life for a purpose. The key is to find out what that purpose is, so you CAN move in that direction, and live your life in-joy! It is then that you will be doing everything that will make you happy, because you will be living from the inside out, rather than looking for an answer from the outside in. How do I love myself? Love of Self is simply a view of Self. If you view yourself with a great deal of compassion, and suspend all judgment, then replace that judgment with understanding, and compassion, you will come closer and closer to love your authentic self. So many people have taken on the views of others during their earlier years, and have not learned how to replace those views with the pure truth. The way to do this is to immediately stop insulting yourself, cutting yourself down, and degrading yourself. This is paramount! Instead of saying: \"I stink at this\" say: \"I am doing my best, and that is all that is needed.\" You have to bring all of the small insulting lies that you tell yourself up to your conscious awareness. Once you NOTICE what you are actually telling yourself, and if it is degrading, simply notice it without any judgment whatsoever, and then replace it with something more compassionate and understanding. Speak to yourself the way you would to someone that you have great respect for. Love for Self, and love for any other person comes from our views and perceptions. It is all within the mind. Our mind is governed by our thoughts. Our thoughts create our feelings. Our feelings urge us into action, and the cycle continues. So in order to truly love yourself, you must change how you view yourself, and that can only be with complete compassion, care, respect, and honestly taking a conscious effort to change the verbal abuse you dish out to yourself when you are not even aware of it most of the time. People that love themselves do NOT degrade themselves. I wouldnt dare degrade YOU, so please immediately stop degrading yourself, and come to embrace your unique qualities. You chose those qualities and attributes for your unique contribution in this world. Honor what makes you different because that is your unique Light that you are on this Earth to shine! Treat yourself the way you wish someone else would treat you, and always give yourself a heartfelt hug for the sacred person that you are. How can I feel like I dont need approval and validation from anyone else anymore? If you are going to base your sense of self worth on the changing views and perceptions of others, then it is like building a house on shifting sand. Every person has the right to their own views and perceptions, and no one has the right to judge you. It is solely your view of self that matters, because only you can live your truth! You know what feels true for you inside and what does not. Another person cannot ever live your truth, or tell you what is true for you. Once you start to honor what feels true for you in your heart, and simply go for it without even speaking about it to anyone else, you will come to feel a great measure of inner confidence that grows each time you honor what feels right to you in your heart not your head, or your fears, but in your heart. It takes practice, like anything else, and once you get used to honoring and following your own inner truth, you will no longer feel the need to receive validation and approval from anyone, ever. How can I know if someone loves me for who I am? By your keen instincts, the subtle things you pick up on, and really being honest with yourself. Perhaps someone adores you and you may not feel worthy of that. So you may doubt that anyone can really love you for you. When you really love and value yourself, in a genuine way without all of the ego, you will come to trust your feelings and perceptions. You will instinctually know if someone is for real or not. The trick here is are you being real with yourself, or are you playing games with yourself, and not following your own truth? We tend to doubt others when we doubt ourselves. We also pick up on the authentic feelings other people have for us when we are being authentic with ourselves. Trust your feelings, and get your head out of the way. Move more into your heart center and dare to expose how you really feel even if it just to yourself. You will find that when you are completely honest with yourself, and the feelings in your heart, you can then learn to trust what you are picking up from other people. You will trust yourself, and you will be able to follow what feels true for you. You will also know if someone really does or does not love you you will know once you come to know and honor what you feel inside fully. Copyright by Barbara Rose, Ph.D. All Rights Reserved. By Gregg Hall If there is one thing that can save all of us a lot of time, trouble and heartache its learning how to read the body language of the opposite sex. How many times have you misread the body language of someone, thinking they were attracted to you and when you made your move you were shot down in flames! The ability to read the body language of the opposite sex can tell you whether they are attracted to you or not from across a room. It can also help keep you from sending the wrong signals yourself. Reading body language isnt all that difficult to learn and once you get used to it you will find it is almost instinctive. One very easy way to tell if someone may have an interest in you is how close they stand to you. If they are standing farther away and move closer this can be an indication that they are interested, on the other hand if they are close to you and move away it can mean the opposite. Its similar to the two foot rule in sales, if they come within two feet of you they are very likely to be interested in you. The reason this is such a big deal is because they are sharing space with you within reach of you and trusting that they are safe with you. If someone stays more than two feet away from you it is almost certain that they are not romantically interested in you. Mirroring your body language is another way that someone can show they are interested in you. This is usually done without even thinking about it, but if you notice someone doing it now that you have a little knowledge about body language you can feel comfortable that they are interested in you. In most cases the other person doesnt even realize they are doing it, but it is simply instinctive for us to imitate people we want to be close to. The way that someone stands when they are speaking to you can show body language that tells you whether or not they are interested as well. If someone is speaking to you and they are turned towards you and possible even leaning in towards you it is an indicator that they are interested in you. Much of romantic body language is built around trust and safety. If you appear unguarded then it makes the other person feel safe, if you open yourself up to another person and they mirror that body language, they are most likely interested in you. One of the biggest indicators of romantic interest is eye contact. When we have an interest in someone or we are attracted to them we strive to make eye contact with them and if they maintain eye contact with you they are definitely interested in you. When someone purposely looks away or avoids making eye contact with you they are not interested so either way you get a pretty clear message from the eyes. Even though body language is usually understated and involuntary it can also give a clear sign of romantic interest. It seems that because body language is instinctive also makes a very precise signal of romantic interest. Gregg Hall is a consultant for online and offline businesses and lives in Navarre Florida. By Saro Saravanan New Year\'s resolutions are popular. But for most of us with school age children, isn\'t the beginning of school year really the time to make resolutions? After summer vacation, as we prepare for the new school year, it\'s a great opportunity to set life in order. So as you\'re thinking about your back-to-school checklist, why not think a little bigger and plan out the entire school year to the extent you can? That way, you really establish patterns and expectations for this year and next - at least until end of school year. As the summer winds down, your first thought is probably about shopping for clothes, accessories, and school supplies - we\'ve got those checklists here. But we\'ve got much more than that. Read on. Clothing & Accessories Shoes, Boots Socks Underwear Shorts, pants, skirtsShirts, blouses, T-shirtsSweatsSweater, cardiganRaincoat, coatUniforms BackpackEyeglasses or contact lenses School Supplies Lunch box, thermosPens, pencils, colored pencils, crayons, Hi-LiterErasers, white outGeometry set, school box Paper, computer paper, construction paper, post-itsPaper punch, paper clips, staplesSchool box, rulers, scissors, rubber bandsPoster boardBinders, folders, dividersBook socks Gadgets Calculator Cell phone iPod Laptop Sports Track suit Sport-specific gear: baseball bat, soccer shoes, etc. Now that we\'ve taken care of the shopping lists, let\'s spend a little time thinking about our plan for the coming year. Below you\'ll find a list of various items relating to family living that will have an impact on your time and schedule. This is where the \"resolutions\" come in. Think about your family\'s goals for the coming year and write them down. They could be things like losing weight, having time for yourself, having more quality time with your family, taking better care of your older relatives, paying down debt, winning a championship, and so on. Whatever your goal, here\'s the chance to \"plan it in\" to the school year. Life has a way of taking its own course despite your goals. As you\'re thinking through these items, it\'s a good idea to start planning for these activities on your calendar. You could do your planning on a paper calendar or day planner, or you could use a computer program like the one my company, Mediabee, makes. Another advantage of this approach is, as you think through all the essential activities and account for your goals in your schedule, you might find that you\'re not overscheduling your family with activities that don\'t contribute to meeting your family\'s goals. Does this take the fun out of life? What about being spontaneous? I think we\'re all guilty of being a bit too spontaneous with our lives. It\'s no coincidence that we end up making the same New Year\'s resolutions every year. Let this new school year be different! Shoot for meeting as many goals as you can, and may be you will meet a few after all. Good luck! 2006 by Saro Saravanan. By Steve Robbins What kind if sunglasses are best for fly fishing? This is a question that Ive been asked many times. First of all, they must be polarized. The polarization allows you see beneath the surface and deeper into the water to spot fish. You usually get what you pay for when it comes to quality polarized sunglasses. The degree of optical quality in the lenses is usually apparent in the price. The cheep polarized sunglasses will usually have very thin lenses that warp very easily. The thicker the lenses are the less likely to have waves due to warpage. The waves caused by warpage will certainly decrees visual acuity and comfort. The amount of polarization is greater in higher quality lenses. You should stick with a trustworthy brand. Good fishing sunglass names include, but are certainly not limited to, Action Optics, Costa DelMar, Maui Jim, Hobie, Flying Fisherman, Oakly, etc... You can easily pay more than $200 for some of these super high quality sunglasses. However, you can get a very good polarized sunglass for around $50. Seldom will you find an off the rack sunglass for $9.99 that is worth very much. OK, What about lens color? The biggest selling color in fly fishing sunglasses is in the brown/amber range. This color seems to work best for spotting trout in medium to shallow streams. The lake fishermen seem to prefer gray polarized lenses. My favorite sunglass lens for low light conditions is a yellow polarized lens. They are not very dark but the contrast, visual acuity and ability to spot fish in the streams are fantastic. So, I stick to the brownish/amber/yellow range. Finally, make sure they fit and feel comfortable. I recommend taking your new sunglasses to a certified optician and ask then to custom fit the frames to your face. Most opticians will do this for you at no charge.
