By Renae Patterson I used to think that once saved, I would always be saved. This in part because of the scripture in Romans 8:38 Where Paul makes the statement: (\"For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord\"). I believed that by Paul making these statements, he was saying I would always be loved AND saved. What changed my mind? On October 25, 2002, I gave birth to a stillborn child at full term. During the following months (during my grieving period) after spending several hours in non-stop prayer about the situation, The Lord took me back (in my mind) to the day I was in the hospital holding the lifeless child in my arms. He revealed to me: The way I felt for this lifeless child, was the same way He felt for us (his children), how did I feel about this child? I still had an overwhelming love for her. During this prayer, (I call it a prayer, but it was more like: I was flat on my face sobbing to the point I couldn\'t speak) So in my spirit I poured my heart out to God and told him: \"God, when I whispered in the baby\'s ears, she couldn\'t hear me. When I spoke the words \"I love you\", she never turned her head to acknowledge me. She never opened her eyes to see me. I have accumulated everything a baby needs to survive- food, clothes, shelter, toys, etc., but this means nothing right now because I will not be able to take her home with me. The Lord in his wisdom answered me: He made me understand He also has children that he calls out to; however, they close up their ears so they cannot hear him. They shut their eyes so they cannot see him. He provides everything for them, but they do not acknowledge Him~ they are dead in their sins. He cannot take them home with him in heaven because they are dead. This brings me back to the original scripture, I am convinced that neither life nor death or anything can separate us....\" The Love God has, will never change, it will always be there, even in death, it is just that some people have chosen to remain dead in their sins. God is a just God that never changes and in his word, he says that the wages of sin is death! Maybe at one time they did listen to him. They did hear his words and he grafted them into the vine, of which we are the branches. (Originally reserved for the Israelites- the natural branches- Romans 11:11-24) but because they have closed up their eyes and ears, and have returned to unbelief, they were cut out of the vine. He cannot take them to heaven-they are dead. Renae Patterson is a wife and mother of three girls (One of which has gone to be with the Lord) and one son. By Sue Swift If you\'re thinking of studying in a British university, you\'re going to need a high level of proficiency in English. Not only will you have to listen to lectures and read textbooks on complex academic topics, but you\'re also likely to have to write about them. Your exams will be written, and so will much of the coursework which you have to submit on the course. An ability to \"get by\" in English will not be sufficient. For this reason, you\'ll find that most universities set a specific level of English language proficiency as an entry requirement for their courses, and will ask you to produce certification from a recognised language testing organisation before they will accept you. You can check out the websites of the universities which interest you to find out exactly which examinations each one recognises, but you are almost certain to find IELTS on the list. What is IELTS? IELTS stands for the International English Language Testing System, and is run jointly by the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations, the British Council and IELTS Australia. The exam is taken by over 500,000 people each year and is recognised by nearly 4,000 universities, government agencies and professional organisations in 120 countries around the world. The IELTS exam consists of four sections : Reading (1hr), Writing (1hr), Listening (approx 40 mins) and Speaking (consisting of an 11-14 minute interview with an examiner). There are two versions of the test - the Academic version and the General Training version. However, universities will generally require the Academic version. How is IELTS marked? For each IELTS paper you will receive a score ranging from 0 (did not attempt the test) to 9 (expert user). You\'ll find that universities rarely accept lower than a minimum overall score of 6 (competent user), and that the requirements are often higher. The University of Bristol, for example, requires an overall minimum of 6.5 for most of its courses, but 7 (good user) for law and medicine, and 7.5 for English. Why do I need to prepare? If you are thinking of going to Britain to study, then you probably already have a good general level of English. The IELTS exam, however, tests not only your general English ability, but also your ability to apply what you know to the academic context. You may have a good knowledge of grammar and vocabulary, but unless you\'ve had specific preparation, you won\'t necessarily know what form of organisation, paragraphing, or style etc you need to use in the writing paper. The conventions of written discourse vary considerably from one culture to another, and what is considered \"good\" writing in your own language might not be acceptable in English - and of course, vice versa. How do I prepare? Many language schools and other institutions run specific IELTS preparation courses, but this option may not be appropriate for you. There may not be a course in your town, the cost may be prohibitive, or the timing and/or time required for the course may just not fit into the schedule of your other studies. There is however another option. You can now find a number of good on-line courses aimed at preparing you for the IELTS exam. Some of these focus on one section of the exam only (often the writing paper) but others, like the NetLanguages IELTS preparation course, focus on the complete exam. The on-line materials provide guidance and practice for success in all four papers, and your course tutor is there to correct your written work (via E-mail), to give practice for the speaking exam (via Skype or some other VOIP software), and just generally to help you with any problems you may have. Will the university provide any help once I get there? Yes. The IELTS exam is just the first step. Most universities will require you to complete a pre-sessional course during the months before your academic course starts. Again, this intended not simply to improve your general English but to prepare you for the requirements of your course : listening to lectures, discussing issues in seminars and giving presentations, using an academic style of writing, reading academic textbooks, etc. The pre-sessional course is also invaluable in providing a settling-in period, which allows you to get used to living in Britain, to start making friends, and to sort out the problems of everyday life before the heavy demands of your academic course start. Some universities run a single, standard pre-sessional course while others base their requirements on your IELTS (or other) test results. Kings College London, for example, requires students with only a 5.5 IELTS score to follow a three-month pre-sessional course, while those with 6.0 and 6.5 may opt for shorter periods if they wish. Some universities may offer you a place on a pre-sessional course even if your test results are still lower than the requirements of the university department you want to enter, with the chance to retake the test at the end. In this case, the length of the pre-sessional course will depend on how much you need to improve. In the case of IELTS, if no individual score was lower than 0.5 below the required minimum, you could probably bring your score up by 1.0 in about twelve weeks, turning an inadequate overall 5.5 into an adequate 6.5. If, on the other hand you were particularly weak in any one area, you might need longer. So - if you\'re thinking of studying in Britain or any other English speaking country, the first step is to bring your language competence up to scratch. And if you\'re not sure of the meaning of up to scratch, you might just have to start preparing now... Sue Swift has worked in the area of ELT for nearly 30 years as a teacher, teacher trainer and materials writer, and in the past worked on pre-sessional courses for international students at the University of Reading. By Lara Barker \"Survival of the fittest\" is a term that is thrown around liberally, but what does it mean? The meat of the phrase means that those who are most prepared, equipped and alert will be the ones that will come out on top of the pack. Going into a battle situation, it is to your benefit to give yourself every advantage you can think of which means to more than satisfy the criteria of the definition of being \"fit.\" The secret to being prepared and equipped is having with you everything you may need in any given situation. This can be challenging when you have to carry all of your gear. However, with the right TA-50 or deployment bag, you can have enough room for everything you need, and if you pack carefully, perhaps even a small kitchen sink! The perfect deployment bag begins with essentials in an orderly arrangement. Essentials will be different for everyone, but at the core should be your body armor, some ammunition and a small first-aid kit. Here are some tips for packing the perfect bag: 1. Combinations are KEY! Try combining articles such as putting gloves, a pair of socks and a couple extra rounds in the cavity of the body armor. This will enable there to be more room in the bag as well as keeping things that you will need to use together also packed together so there is no time or energy lost in grabbing something you need. Body armor is bulky and odd shaped for packing, and chances are that if you need one piece, that you will need the same things each time so put them together in a way that they all work together. For example, if you have an extra pair of shoes to pack, consider putting something else that you will be using at that same time in the shoe to save room in your bag. 2. Zip tight bags are awesome! Water leakage inward to your bag (if its not waterproof or if it gets a hole in it somehow) or liquid/gel leakage outward of a container can prove to be a huge problem if you are traveling or on deployment. Zip tight baggies can save your day! Put shirts or outfits, socks, underwear into gallon size baggies if you are going to be deployed to a wet area with a lot of rain or will be trekking through water. If not, zip tight sandwich baggies around your toiletry items individually can prove extremely helpful. If one thing spills then it doesnt get on each item turning it into a gooey mess. Also, with the use of zip bags, you will know that socks are always in one bag, underwear is always in another bag, and so on alleviating wasted time spent rearranging or hunting down items that you need NOW. Time spent hunting should be for your adversary instead of for your socks. 3. You can pack your kitchen sink and your bathroom medicine cabinet. Just because you are deployed or traveling does not mean that you have to go without necessities due to lack of space anymore. There are some deployment bags out there that are so ultra-roomy and sturdy that you can pack what you need; one of which is a safety/medical kit. Keep a few bandages, muscle pain patches, minor pain meds in travel packages, snap-light fishing glow sticks, all in one mini-tool, and snap-released hand warmers. Maybe put those in a round of duct tape or a funnel and put that in a zip baggy or just in a little toiletry case. 4. Why leave strategy to the battlefield? To win the war on clutter and mess, you have to plan a method of attack. Strategize and think about putting together your bag right the first time. What will be easiest for you and save you time? What will be something that you will actually do and maintain? Will zip baggies be something that you can do? Will arranging socks with socks work better for you rather than arranging whole outfits together? Does it make sense to pilfer through your bag each time you need something? Plan what you are going to do and then keep it up so you know exactly where everything is! Arrange things considering shape and frequency of use. Does it make sense to put something you use three times daily on the bottom of the stack? Arranging in slices instead of stacks helps. Think bread slices in a bag. That way you dont have stacks of stuff to look under but rather can see a small sliver sample of each thing you have. Planning your bag will make your time more efficient and lower your stress level because you are more prepared in a shorter amount of time. Incorporating a few of these ideas or using them as a holistic system really can aide you in being more prepared, more equipped and more \"fit\" than your counterparts or competition. Saving time, energy and mental stress will aide you in keeping your performance at an optimum while still not compromising your personal comfort. Performance levels at their optimum will ensure you are among the most \"fit\" and will help to guarantee your success at your mission, both on the battlefield and beyond. By Ron Abbott Building a small business from initial concept to successful money making machine is a daunting challenge. One of the most difficult tasks an entrepreneur faces is finding and keeping loyal customers. Most of their time and money is spent on trying to convert the prospects who have the power to make or break the business. Without these prospects becoming valuable customers, its extremely difficult to keep the bills paid and the doors open. This relentless dilemma is compounded by the fact that most small business owners are sabotaging their own success by focusing their marketing in the wrong direction. Rather than directing their marketing to the needs of the prospect, they are We-ing all over themselves. In small business marketing, We-ing is best described as having too much of the marketing message focused on the features of the company and not enough on the prospects needs. We-ing is an unattractive and egocentric attitude that most owners dont even realize they are suffering from. Take a look at the typical marketing campaigns you see each day. A majority of the messages you see focus on We the company. For example, We have the lowest prices or We have the best service in town. Both of these phrases make you want to yell, Duh, Ive never heard that before! Besides lacking imagination, they are only fixed on the greatness of themselves and not the vital needs of the motivated prospect. The number one rule to remember about marketing success is its always about the prospect and not about you. As wonderful as you and your business may be the prospect could care less. They only want to know what you can do to solve their problem, improve their condition, or give them what they need. During the selection process, the prospects desire and energy are only centered on the need they are seeking to fulfill. When your marketing is only We-ing about how great you and your products are, you quickly lose their attention and the potential sale. They know what they are looking for and if you dont immediately communicate how you will fill their need, they will look elsewhere in a hurry. To avoid We-ing and improve the examples used earlier, take out the We, insert you and then spin it around. It should read, You will find the lowest prices and You will experience the best service in town. As you can see, a small difference in perspective and attitude can be remarkable. In reality, the only time it is appropriate to have a We centered message is when you are expressing appreciation to the customer. The phrase, We thank you for your business, is one of the most powerful you can ever use to create a loyal customer. (Note the focus is still on the customer, not the business). The words and attitude that are used matter a great deal when you are carrying on a marketing conversation with the prospect. Always take a You focused approach and keep prospects needs in the forefront. By Linda Smyth Now that the Atkins diet has fallen from grace, what type of diet is best for weight loss, and what\'s the skinny on fat, carbohydrates and protein? WHICH DIET IS BEST? The acute fall in demand for Atkins-type low-carb food products, which led to the recent decision of Atkins Nutritionals, the promoter of the Atkins diet, to file for bankruptcy protection, has left many dieters wondering what type of weight loss diet is best. The short answer is: any balanced diet which is calorie-controlled. The US Department of Agriculture offers two dietary paradigms: it\'s own \"Food Guide\" - a balanced food plan - and the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) eating plan - a diet to reduce raised blood pressure - neither of which merits the description \"low-fat\" or \"low carb\". Furthermore, the consensus among most dietitians and nutritionists is that the precise percentage of fat, carbohydrate or protein, matters less than the type of these macronutrients. Put simply, whether you eat 30 or 35 percent of your calories as fat is less important than the type of fat you eat. FATS TO EAT, FATS TO AVOID Recommended fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated varieties, with most coming from foods like fish, nuts, and vegetable oils. Oily fish, like salmon, mackerel and sardines, are especially nutritious as they contain omega-3 fats which are not manufactured inside the body and must be obtained from food. The new \"bad guys\" are saturated fats and trans-fats (AKA hydrogenated fats). It\'s best to eat less than 10 percent of calories from saturated fats and less than 300 mg/day of cholesterol, while eating as few trans fats as possible. Cheese and beef are the main diet foods which contribute to excessive intakes of saturated fat, while cakes, cookies, crackers, pies, bread, animal products and margarine are largely responsible for the high intake of trans-fats. Eggs, while high in dietary cholesterol, are now regarded as a healthy food. CURB YOUR REFINED CARBS The rise in digestive disorders such as diverticulosis, as well as metabolic disorders like insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes, is directly attributable to our modern dietary preference for white flour foods, as well as our overconsumption of foods and drinks with too much added sugar, including: regular sodas, frosted cereals, cakes, and confectionery. Being easily converted to blood-glucose, these refined carbohydrates can lead to excessive levels of blood glucose and insulin - causing appetite swings, cravings and a variety of metabolic problems. And being easily digestible they can also cause calorie overload and weight gain. All this is reflected in the latest Dietary Guidelines which advocate a reduction in refined carbs and a corresponding increase in the consumption of whole grains, like oats, brown rice, basmati rice, whole wheat breads and pasta. Being largely unrefined, whole grains are richer in fiber and nutrients. In addition, they keep us full for longer, which assists appetite and weight control. BE GUIDED BY THE GLYCEMIC INDEX The most comprehensive guide to healthy carbs is the Glycemic Index (GI). Originally created to help diabetics control their blood-glucose levels, the GI classifies carb-rich foods into three categories: high-GI, intermediate and low-GI. Put simply, the higher a food\'s GI value, the faster and greater its impact on blood-glucose, and the more health problems it can cause. Intermediate and low-GI carbs are the basis for the new generation of \"GI Diets\", which in effect offer all the benefits of traditional low carb diets, without any of the nutritional risks associated with long term carb restriction. Concerning non-starchy carbohydrates, the message has not changed in years. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables of all types, including: leafy green vegetables, deep green, yellow, orange or red vegetables; as well as fruits, notably: blackcurrants, cantaloupe, kiwi fruit, mango, all citrus fruits, and strawberries. All these foods contain important micronutrients many of which are beneficial for metabolism and weight management, as well as general health. DO CARBS CAUSE A SLOWDOWN IN WEIGHT LOSS? It\'s not accurate to say that eating carbohydrate has a detrimental effect on weight. True, low carb diets are famous for causing fast initial weight loss, but let me explain how this occurs. When we eat a normal amount of carbohydrate, we burn it straightaway or else store it for future use in the form of glycogen. Point is, each unit of glycogen binds with 3 units of water. When we start a low carb diet, we rapidly use up all our stored glycogen along with the attached water. It is this sudden loss of water which accounts for most of the extra weight lost when starting a low carb diet. Naturally, as we reintroduce carbs into our diet, we rebuild our glycogen reserves and re-absorb water. Thus, it is more accurate to say that restricting carbs causes an unnatural loss of water-weight, rather than saying that eating carbohydrate causes a slowdown in weight reduction. HOW MUCH PROTEIN DO WE REALLY NEED? How much protein we need depends on our ideal body weight. This is because protein is not needed by fat cells, only by our lean tissue. According to official US guidelines, the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of protein for adults is 0.8 gram per kilogram (2.2 pounds) of ideal body weight. This RDA is said to meet 97.5% of the population\'s needs. For example, a woman of 5\'4 who is at her ideal weight of 126 pounds needs 45g of protein per day. This amount is easily obtainable as follows: BREAKFAST (14g protein) 1 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup skimmed milk, 2 tbsp wheatgerm LUNCH (18g protein) Whole wheat pita, 2 oz salmon, sliced tomato and spinach leaves DINNER (34.5g) 3 oz chicken breast, 1 cup cooked rice, 1 cup mixed vegetables This daily menu actually includes a massive 66.5g of protein, well over the RDA for a person of her size. Yet it hardly looks like a high protein eating plan, does it? This is because there really is no such thing as a food that is \'just\' protein or \'just\' carbohydrate - most foods are a combination of protein, carbs and fats. For example, 1 cup of cooked rice has 5g protein even though we think of rice as a \'carb\'. The same applies to spaghetti - in most people\'s mind this is classed as a \'carb\' food, yet 1 cup of cooked spaghetti contains 7g protein! WHICH PROTEIN IS BEST? Protein from animal foods is marginally better than vegetable protein, although many animal protein sources can be high in unhealthy saturated fat. Ideally, include both vegetarian and low-fat animal protein in your diet. HOW TO GET 10g OF HEALTHY PROTEIN Here are some easy ways to meet your daily protein requirements. Provided your weekly diet contains some complete proteins from meat, eggs or milk, vegetable protein is perfectly fine. 1.5oz of white fish 1.7oz of oily fish like salmon 1.1oz of skinless chicken/turkey fillet 1.25oz of pork tenderloin/lean beef 3 egg whites 2.5oz of Brazils 1.25 cups of fat-free milk 1 cup of fat-free yogurt 1/3 cup cottage cheese 1.5oz of hard cheese 1/2 cup of lentils 3/4 cup soybeans 2 cups cooked brown rice 2 cups cooked pasta 2 cups cooked oatmeal 2.5 slices of rye bread 1 tbsp wheatgerm CONCLUSION There is no best weight loss diet. Provided you choose foods from all food groups, taking care to select the right type of fats, carbs and protein, the exact percentage of these macronutrients is up to you. As a basic guide, eat 20-35 percent of calories as fat; 45-65 percent of calories as carbohydrate and 10-35 percent of calories in the form of protein. By Luise Volta One of the most romantic pictures any of us can conjure up is that of two young lovers walking along, so engrossed in each other that they have no idea whether anyone else is present or not. Endless stories, poems and songs have been written about young love and gorgeous paintings have been rendered in their honor. We have all been touched by young love at one time or another, haven\'t we? Most of us personally! We smile as we remember what it felt like. Oh, the thrill of it all... But does it stop there? What of mature middle-life love with it\'s myriad assignments of career and parenting? What of the blessings that come as we measure our lives by how many great grandchildren we have? Does young love ever get old? I suggest we visit an \"all care\", retirement center for the answer to that question. What evidence do we find that young love is alive and well as we walk around the campus and visit the assisted living and nursing home facilities? We immediately see spouses pushing their loved ones in wheel chairs. A few minutes of visiting with them make it clean that they wouldn\'t want to be anywhere else. It\'s obvious that their being together still means a great deal. As we pass the nursing home dining room, several spouses are patiently feeding lifetime mates. Look more closely...young love is in their eyes. We meet couples with six and even seven decades to their credit, holding hands as they attend a program or walk about the campus. The glow is still there and it\'s still new. Young love endures. Young love remains in the young-at-heart. Young love promises \"forever\" and means it...because love is always young. It doesn\'t have a \"shelf-life\". So yes, lets never forget the beginnings of love...the excitement and the wonder of it all. Oh, the thrill of infatuation and the intoxicating breathlessness of novelty! And then lets celebrate the fact that it\'s possible to still be in love...even when dear ones have passed. By Michael Russell Experienced marketing researchers are well aware that questionnaire development is the key to obtaining interviewer-interviewee rapport. The greater the rapport, the more likely the interviewer will obtain a completed interview. Also, the respondent\'s answers will probably be more carefully thought out and detailed. Researcher wisdom has developed the following general guidelines concerning questionnaire flow. Use the screener questions to identify qualified respondents. Most data acquisition processes today employ some variation of quota sampling. Only qualified respondents are interviewed and specific minimum numbers (quotas) of various types of qualified respondents may be desired. A study on food for instance, generally has quotas of users of specific brands, a magazine study screens for readers, a cosmetic study screens for brand awareness and so forth. Screeners are questions designed to identify appropriate respondents. Screeners may be on the questionnaire or, in many cases, a screening questionnaire is provided. In this instance, a screener is filled out for everyone interviewed. Thus, any demographics obtained provide a basis for comparison against people who qualify for a full study. A long screener can significantly increase the cost of the data acquisition process, since interviewers are gathering more information from each respondent. Short screeners quickly eliminate unqualified people and eliminate unqualified people and enable the interviewer to move immediately to the next potential respondent. Most important, screeners provide a basis for estimating the costs of a survey. After obtaining a qualified respondent, begin with a question that sparks a respondent\'s interest. After introductory comments and screens to find a qualified respondent, the initial questions should be simple, interesting and non-threatening. To open a questionnaire with an income or age question might be disastrous. These are considered threatening and immediately put the respondent on the defensive. Ask general questions first. Once the interviewer proceeds beyond the opening warm-up questions, the questionnaire should proceed in a logical fashion. General questions are covered first to get the person thinking about a concept, company, or type of product and then to the specifics. For example, a data acquisition questionnaire on shampoo might begin with \"Have you purchased a hair spray, hair conditioner, or hair shampoo within the past six weeks?\" Then it would ask about the frequency of shampooing, brands purchased in the last three months, satisfaction and dissatisfaction with brands purchased, repurchase intent, characteristics of an \"ideal\" shampoo, respondent\'s hair characteristics and finally demographics. Ask questions that require work in the middle of the data acquisition questionnaire. Initially, the respondent is only vaguely interested and understanding of the nature of the survey. As the interest-building questions transpire, the interview process builds momentum and commitment to the interview. The interest, commitment and rapport built up sustain the respondent in this part of the interview. Even if the self-administered method is used (do it yourself data acquisition questionnaire), the approach is the same: build interest and commitment early to motivate the respondent to finish the rest of the survey. Insert prompters and strategic points. Good interviewers can sense when a respondent\'s interest and motivation sag and will attempt to build them back up. However, it is always worthwhile for the questionnaire designer to insert short encouragements at strategic locations in the questionnaire. These may be simple statements such as, \"I only have a few more questions to go\", or \"This next section will be easier\". They may also be inserted to introduce a new section or line of questioning. Position sensitive, threatening questions and demographic questions at the end. As mentioned earlier, occasions sometimes arise when the objectives of the data acquisition process necessitate questions on topics about which respondents may feel uneasy. Embarrassing topics should be covered near the end of the questionnaire. Placing these questions at the end will ensure that most questions are answered before the respondent becomes defensive and breaks off the interview. Moreover, rapport has been established by this time, increasing the likelihood of a completed questionnaire. By Tami Close Are you just exploding with the presence of light all around you? Isnt it awesome when you take time out for yourself, how amazing you feel? Just keep believing in yourself and the miracles will keep happening. The right people will show up and the right opportunities will show up...GUARANTEED! I am basking in my own light and let me tell you why. I just became a co-author in a book with a few famous people like Mark Victor Hansen, Deepak Chopra and Wayne Dyer and others. The name of the book is Wake Up Live the Life You LoveFinding Personal Freedom. Its a compilation of short stories designed to motivate and inspire similar to Chicken Soup for the Soul. The book will come out in March and we anticipate taking it to number #1 on the best seller list. Pretty awesome, right? Last weekend I attended a conference in Southern California as part of the Wake Up Live family. The keynote speaker was Stedman Graham, Oprahs boyfriend. During his presentation he came over to me and asked me my name and used me to illustrate some key points for his speech. I also got to attend a VIP dinner with Stedman in attendance. Pretty wonderful, right? I met some other amazing people at the conference who I attracted to help me build my business. Why am I telling you this? Before I could manifest miracles, I first needed to BELIEVE in myself and TRUST that GOD, my angels, my guides are right here with me all the time lifting me higher and higher. I have spent too many years living in worry and fear and only manifesting heartache as a result. I am not going to waste any more time living off track in lower vibrational energy. God has created me to live my purpose and I want to please Him. Now that I am believing in ME, I am soaring beyond the clouds! Want to fly with me? Then keep focusing on you and each and every minute of the day thinking thoughts that will bring in more light. You have the tools to do this: RET, EFT, affirmations, meditation, visualization, journaling, forgiveness, exercise, surrounding yourself with positive people. When you have a fearful thought that comes in, take a minute out and go tap. Guess what? You can do this for a screaming child as well. Tap for them on their face, collarbone, under the arm and their head. Youll get results for them as well. It will be great to see where you started and where you are now as a result of making you a priority. Remember, we are made to manifest miracles. Listen, trust and take Divine action. Your dreams are right here! Right now, what are you going to do to bring in more light?
