Student Development Program

AHEC of Southern Nevada's Student Development Program targets students throughout the educational pipeline from kindergarten to undergraduate level. Student Programs focus on science, math and health career options.

The Season of Discovery (SOD) summer program gives students entering grades 8 - 11 hands-on exposure to a wide variety of health careers, and prepares them for future math and science classes.

Nursing Connections provides mentoring, tutoring, and support for students and graduates planning to pursure a career in nursing.

Student Development also has year-round programs in partnership with Clark County School District.
