The Administration Resource Management team of AHEC offers a multitude of diverse skill sets for the non profit sector to tackle challenges of the underserved population of Southern Nevada. Our approach to this multifaceted group starts with a focused understanding of the needs and the available strategic resource component which is crucial at all levels of business planning, outreach and relationship building; solidified by the strengths of our agencies proven history in Southern Nevada for over 17 years.

Undoubtedly, AHEC has consistently set the bar for other non profits in the state and on a national level as well. With an experienced staff of over 30 full time employees we have strived to meet the needs of our agency and develop an in-depth knowledge of the state landscape including, major contributors and foundations, collaboration with state and local government agencies and grant management.
